At Develop, we are creating learning resources that are effective at helping people build the skills and resources they need to be successful. The power of the Develop resources is their simplicity, presenting effective models in a way that helps people implement them in everyday life.
All the resources on the website are bitesize, lasting about 30 minutes, allowing people to fit them into their busy lives. But they are also connected, building a toolkit of complementary skills that work together to enable people to achieve their goals. When people use the resources, they can plan their own development route, choosing the modules that most appeal to them, or follow the suggestions for other topics they will find at the end of a module. Alternatively, they can follow our suggested route plans that will build a range of smaller skills that will help them achieve their goals.
On the website you will find articles, free resources and paid for modules. You will even find recommendations for other resources and books from other sources that we think are useful. We can provide individual coaching to help people put their learning in context and plan for their development. For corporate clients we can develop online workshops that work with the modules to create effective development solutions for their organisation.
Develop is a collaboration led by Mike and Liam. They both have a background working as pharmacists and have follow a career path that has taken them into varied people development roles. They are also experienced coaches and this influences the style of the resources they develop. The people they work with, either in live face to face or online events or through printed or online resources, are encouraged to reflect, increase their awareness of themselves and take actions that will lead to the goals they want to achieve.
At Develop we work with like-minded partners to create the resources you will find on the website, provide coaching or deliver online or face to face workshops. These partners are chosen for their skills, experience, knowledge and importantly, their values.
